{first} new store reveal!

Whew, y'all as I'm typing this I am STILL exhausted (and in my pj's ... don't tell anyone) but the stores look A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! 

Today I'm going to show y'all the booth at Artisans! We finished this last night RIGHT at closing (and thankfully the sweet gals there let us stay a few minutes longer!) 

These before pics are a little tricky ... 

Once again got SO excited that I forgot to snap some before ones ... but these are of a different booth that's a little smaller, just so that y'all can see what we were working with!

Y'all I have been working my mama (and myself ... oh and the Mr.) to the BONE this weekend but things are REALLY REALLY coming together! 

I know I promised before & after shots ... 

But we got so EXCITED once we pulled the Penske into Gracie's that we totally forgot until we'd already unloaded some things!

I'd like to first say though that we have a REALLY good excuse ...

to the NEW STORES! :)

Can it really be true? {ANOTHER new store!}

Yes, y'all read correctly ... A THIRD Painted Cottage location! This one is in Wilson, NC ... Located in the cutest store ... Gracie's Village Shops! 

We met with Gracie herself the other day and y'all she's the CUTEST! She's been in the biz for over 33 years! She's an interior designer and we think her services and our shabby chic-ness is going to meld perfectly together! 

The look will be the same as the original TPC and we'll be using a lot of the same inspirations we talked about the other day! 

We sign all the papers and move in next week! So stay tuned! :)

Y'all we picked up some REALLY great new fabrics the other day and just HAD to share them with you!

We are so excited for what Spring is going to have in store for The Painted Cottage ... A new location ... New lines ... More design work!

New Year ... New store!

Y'all I know that we've mentioned before how excited we are about opening the new location .... But I'm not 100% that you understand!

We are THRILLED! :)

Today I'm going to sign all the paperwork ... And the store will be officially open on January 17th!

We've spent countless hours planning out exactly what this space will look like ... Now it's crunch time and we are so ready to slap some paint on the walls and start loading the space FULL of our FAVORITE things!

So a few details ... The store will actually be located in a local store Artisans here in Greenville, NC. Artisans is HUGE ... over 12,000 square feet! (told you ... HUGE!) It's the absolute cutest, with one exception ... It doesn't have any booth with the shabby chic cottage style that The PC has! We are TOO excited to add what we think is a FABULOUS style to this store!

Lots of announcements!

Ok y'all I'd like to first say a BIG "I'm SORRY" for this post as it could cause SERIOUS sensory overload! :) 

But we have LOTS of really great announcements that we just couldn't keep to ourselves anymore! 

We hope that everyone had a great Christmas! We sure did ... 

And even got SNOW at the BEACH!!! We couldn't believe it! 

So onto the NEWS we have to share with you ... 

First we'd like to introduce Lauren ... 

Many of you may have met her at the store. She is Leigh's oldest daughter ... And has just recently moved from Charleston to Greenville, North Carolina. (Remember her CUTE Christmas tree?) She's also the gal who keeps up with The PC's Facebook and writes the blog! :) (so yes, I was bragging on my OWN Christmas tree!) 

Ok on to the REAL reason I'm introducing myself ... 

We're opening a SECOND LOCATION in Greenville! 

Mom & I are just TOO EXCITED about our new endeavor! We absolutely love working together and are excited to spread some Painted Cottage love in Greenville! 

Ok onto the second announcement ... The Painted Cottage is excited to start offering design services starting January 2011! Our "Bring it on Home" campaign is going to be TOO much fun! We hope to start helping all of you lovelies 'fluff' your homes! We know that sometimes it's overwhelming to start from scratch or to start all over ... So while we can help you with BOTH of these, we really want to focus on helping you work with things you have and adding in small things that make a BIG IMPACT on a room! 

And FINALLY, we hate to say it but THIS SATURDAY (January 1st) will be our last day of the season. That's right, The PC (at least the OIB location) will be closing at 5PM on Saturday until March! :( 

We are running some GREAT sales from now until then though! 

All Christmas decor, accesories, gifts are 40% off!
