Yummmmmmmmy Treats!!!

Ok so we LOVE Christmas baking! We have a recipe for gingersnaps that our family has been baking up for almost 26 years! They are to die for!

Gingersnaps
3/4 C. shortening               1 C. sugar
1/4 C. molasses                 1 beaten egg
2 C. flour                          1/4 tsps. salt
2 tsps. soda                      1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves          1 tsp. ground ginger

Cream shortening and shortening; add molasses and egg; beat well. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Roll into small balls and dip into sugar.

Bake at 375 for 9 to 12 minutes.
